We are focused on building a quality product and providing
exceptional ongoing service. This means continually
customizing the product for our clients and optimizing their edits
and reports on a same day/next day turnaround policy.
It also means monitoring their error and usage statistics and
contacting them when we see something unusual. We even scour
their back-end billing reports and denial remits for
registration-caused problems and build front-end edits as we find
them. New edits we develop at other hospitals are relayed back
to all our clients for review and updating. We are proud to
offer a FULL spectrum of service to our clients, and we don't expect
them to maintain our product for us. We just figure that's
what you hire us to do!
