New User Interface, Priority Alerts, and Real Time Capabilities included in Newest Version of AccuReg Software
09/16/09MOBILE, AL – Database Solutions Inc. has announced the release of AccuReg 2.0, the latest web-based version of their popular registration accuracy (QA) software. AccuReg 2.0 combines the same robust auditing capacity of previous versions with new features and capabilities designed to further empower hospital patient access departments to identify and self-correct registration errors before billing occurs. A new user interface, accessed through a web browser, provides registrars with a customizable, personal work list of errors that includes dashboard viewing of individual productivity and error statistics, customer defined priority alerts, and interactive communication between registrars and supervisors. Using the same interface, supervisors and management staff are also provided with a real-time view of individual, department and enterprise-wide accuracy performance and error statistics, with individual work list views for monitoring and enhancing registrar compliance.
In addition, AccuReg 2.0 now offers HL7 integration allowing for selective real-time error alerts and earlier correction of errors. Combined with powerful batch file auditing, AccuReg 2.0 provides the most in-depth auditing available using a variety of immediate, retrospective and continuous auditing options.
