We try to benchmark success by monitoring the Accuracy and Error rates on a monthly basis. We have set an Accuracy Rate goal at 95% or greater and an Error Rate at 10% or less. So far we are averaging around 96.5% Accuracy Rate and 6% Error Rate. It really gives the registrars a sense of satisfaction to see those scores and motivates them to keep improving!"
