Learning Lab explores value of regular measurement and reporting in the front end of the revenue cycle

Paul Shorrosh, founder and CEO of AccuReg, and Michelle Fox, director of revenue operations/patient access at Health First, will present a Learning Lab on Saturday, May 5 at 10:15 a.m. In this session, Shorrosh and Fox will discuss:

  • The value of regular measurement and reporting for the front end of the revenue cycle;
  • Strategies for adopting standards within the six domains of the AccessKeys (Collections, Conversions, Patient Experience, Critical Process, Productivity and Accuracy); and

Additionally, Shorrosh and Fox have published an article in the Access Management Journal, the official journal of the National Association of Healthcare Access Management, that provides a roadmap on how to implement key performance indicators for the front-end revenue cycle. The article, “Taking the AccessKeys One Bite at a Time,” covers the AccessKeys and provides information users need to begin adoption and implementation to improve performance.
