AccuReg Chief Growth Officer, Conrad Coopersmith, joined Scott Becker on the Becker’s Hospital Review podcast to discuss how integrating patient access, intake and engagement helps hospitals automate administrative revenue cycle functions, deliver a consumer experience and boost net revenue. The two discussed how creating a “digital front door” and digitizing patient access, intake and engagement  improves data integrity, safety and satisfaction.

Coopersmith also shared how a rural, Midwest hospital debunked the notion that older adults won’t embrace a digital patient experience. After implementing AccuReg EngageCare digital patient access, intake and engagement platform, the hospital quickly garnered a 40 percent engagement rate from ages 30 to 79.
